About Good Wishes
Our Guarantee
We want to you be completely satisfied with your purchases from Good Wishes. All items are returnable. We ask that you inform us at returns@goodwishes.com within ten days of receiving an item, that you intend to return it and to ship it back within another five days. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. And of course we expect the item to be in the same condtion as when we sent it out. If the item is sealed, then the seal must be intact for us to be able to accept a return. We do not accept return of used goods.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part we will refund the shipping as well as the cost of the item. If the return is at your pleasure, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If the item is defective we will give you a full refund or exchange the item for a new one upon reciept of the defective item back at our shop.

Shipping
We ship via the United States Post Office, offering Standard Ground, Three Day, Second Day, and Next Day Air shipping methods. You will have the opportunity to select a method as you place your order.
International orders
We will ship orders worldwide. If you are interested in shipping a package to any other country please contact us with the address so we can inform you of the actual shipping charges before you place your order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is required only on orders that are being shipped to an address in Wisconsin.
Free Gift Wrap and Gift Tags
You will be pleased with the festive giftwrap and ribbon we use to embellish your gift. You will have the opportunity to indicate the occasion and gift tag message when you place your order.
