Our Mission

Good Wishes is a company devoted to creating a pleasant shopping experience and offering special products that we would be proud to send to our own friends and use in our own home. Good Wishes was founded by Marge and Bill Goerman, a husband and wife team with thirty years of experience in gift retailing.

Our Guarantee

We want to you be completely satisfied with your purchases from Good Wishes. All items are returnable. We ask that you inform us at returns@goodwishes.com within ten days of receiving an item, that you intend to return it and to ship it back within another five days. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. And of course we expect the item to be in the same condtion as when we sent it out. If the item is sealed, then the seal must be intact for us to be able to accept a return. We do not accept return of used goods.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part we will refund the shipping as well as the cost of the item. If the return is at your pleasure, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If the item is defective, we will give you a full refund or exchange the item for a new one upon receipt of the defective item back at our shop.

Customer Service

Our goal at Good Wishes is to insure that you have a top notch shopping experience. We will do everything we can to meet your high expectations for quality products and thoughful customer service.

Credit Cards

We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards. We use Verisign, a leader in online credit card use, to handle your credit card transaction. We at Good Wishes do not actually have access to your credit card number nor do we keep it on file.

Secure Personal Information

Any information we collect from you is handled with the utmost care. Your personal information is solely for our own internal use, for shipping and order tracking and providing the best possible service. We will not give or sell it to any third party. Shipping

We ship via the United States Post Office, offering Standard Ground, Three Day, Second Day, and Next Day Air shipping methods. You will select a method as you place your order.

International Orders

We do not ship our products to APO/FPO addresses or addresses outside the continental United States. Please provide an address within the continental United States when placing your order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 5.5% is required only on orders that are being shipped to an address in Wisconsin.

Free Gift Wrap

Your gift will be wrapped with festive giftwrap and ribbon appropriate to the occasion.

Personal Gift Tag

When you place your order you will be able to fill out a gift tag with your own personal message.
